- 1. Pressure check radiator cap – Pass 2. Pressure check system – Fail 3. Radiator & heat exchange -OK 4. Heater hoses – Leaking 5. Hoses – ok 6. Water pump – ok 7. Freeze plugs – ok 8. Antifreeze – Ok – Customer filled up 9. Belts – ok 10. Water outlet – ok 11. Thermostat – ok 12. Fan clutch or electric – ok 13. Block test – NA 14. Diagnostics: Pressure tested cooling system and found heater hose leaking at the firewall connection. Replaced heater hose and pressure tested system at 16 PSI overnight. Upon further testing with engine at operating temperature, found coolant leaking from the water pump shaft, indicating water pump failure. Also found cowl drain plugged. 15. Confirm problem: 15.
