- Scanned vehicle for codes P0128 thermostat rationality used thermo camera to monitor upper and lower radiator hose temp upper and lower hose temps rose equally during warm up, indicating thermostat is stuck open.
- Drained coolant into suitable container for reuse to remove thermostat housing and thermostat. Installed in reverse order and topped off fluid. Ran vehicle to operating temp and checked for leaks and proper operation. No current or active codes, all ok at this time.
