- Racked vehicle on rack, moved through suspension range – up & down – no more vibrations or noises. Rechecked all joints & mounting points, re neutralized suspension, retorqued all mounting points to 80ftlbs. Checked front suspension, loosened, neutralized and retorqued to 80ftlbs. Checked and tightened front and rear subframe bolts to 80ftlbs. Test drove vehicle in church parking lot with customer – no noises at this time, test drove same no noises. Brake pedal feels good and solid, pedal height is also good.
