Recommend remove and replace Vent Solenoid and restest. 10. Confirm fix: YES Tire Pressure F= 55 R= 80 Complementary inspection Air filter – OK Cabin filter – OK Belts – OK Hoses – OK Engine oil – OK Engine coolant – OK Tires – RF__7___LF___7___RR___6___LR__6____ Tire Date codes – 2018 Visual Brake inspection – F__7mm__R___6mm__
    • Removed fuel rail, removed fuel injector retainer clip, removed fuel injectors. Flow tested all injectors, found #1 and #4 injectors flowed 7% less than the other 6 injectors. Ultra Sonic cleaned all injectors, flowed all 8 again. Found all 8 injectors flow 65cc at 55% duty cycle. All injectors are now clean. Test drove vehicle, runs and drives ok at this time.
    • Removed Vent Solenoid. Installed New Vent solenoid, smoke tested EVAP system, commanded vent solenoid closed, found no leaks at this time. Test drove vehicle runs and drives ok at this time. Continued with Fuel Injectors
    • Ultrasonic clean 8 injectors – OK Install on flow bench & hook up wiring connectors – OK Flow test @ idle, 1800, 2500 & 5000 – record numbers – OK Measure & record electrical resistance – OK Fill out injector service diagnostic report -OK
