Replace lower control, arms, struck assemblies and rear, death, bushings and test drive. Vehicle drives better still has shake and vibration under acceleration. remove and check wheels for trueness and balance. Wheels check out OK . Remove rear, driveshaft and test drive still has shake and vibration under acceleration. Remove front wheels and inspect on lift when in gear appears right side dry shaft has vibration when testing with no load on car lift. Customer stated a =another shop previously replaced right side front cv axle and has shook since.. declined repairs at this time, stated will be bringing back. Customer is aware front end shaking/vibration will continue to occur until further recommended repairs are completed. see mpi print out

- Balance tires – Yes Check Valve stems – NEW Visual brake inspection – F = 1MM , R = 6MM Tire Pressure – F:60 PSI R:80 PSI Wheels torqued – 130 FT LBS Notes -Upon wheel balance found front inner brake pad has worn uneven, further inspect, found calipers have stuck causing the uneven wear. Need ti replace front pads, rotors and calipers.
- Removed front brake components, upon dis assembly found signs of the right front wheel bearing going bad. Loud howling noise when spin the wheel manually. Cause typically from lack of lubrication over an extended period of time. Due to high mileage highly suggest replacing both sides while here to refrain from returning needing other wheel bearing in near future. Bearing is a sealed system, need to replace front wheel hub and bearing assemblies.
- REMOVE AND REPLACE BOTH FRONT WHEEL HUB ASSEMBLIES / BEARINGS – Noisy, lack of lubrication over time, sealed bearing
- * Remove old brake fluid from the master cylinder * Clean reservoir of any debris as best as possible * Install new brake fluid * Bleed each wheel according to the factory specified sequence * Top off fluid to the proper level * Clean each bleeder screw area of fluid * Reinspect for leaks * Inspect brake pedal for the proper travel * Test drive the vehicle
