PLUGS APPEARED TO BE FOULED AND HAD CARBON BUILD UP. WHILE REMOVING SPARK PLUGS NOTICED OIL ON CYLINDER #2 & 4. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE SPARK PLUGS WITH ALL IGNITION COILS. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE BOTH VALVE COVER GASKETS. FLUID LEAKING IS TRANSMISSION FLUID. TRANSMISSION IS CRACKED AT FILL PLUG. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE TRANSMISSION DUE TO CRACK ON CASING. REMOVED AND REPLACED SPARK PLUGS, IGNITION COILS AND VALVE COVER GASKETS. TRANSMISSION WILL BE REPLACED AT A DIFFERENT SHOP. AFTER REPAIRS TEST DROVE VEHICLE. NO FAULT CODES FOUND. NO LEAKS AT ANY CYLINDER. TRANSMISSION IS STILL LEAKING FLUID. WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID LOW WARNING MESSAGE IS STILL ON. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR WITH SENSOR. 10. Inspected vehicle found clutch flywheel is hot spotted and chattering, slight slipping taking off up hill and accelerating. Recommend remove and replace clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, thraw bearing, and pilot bearing.
WARRANTY ISSUE: Removed pressure plate, removed clutch disc, flywheel, thought out bearing. Installed new flywheel, pilot bearing, through out bearing, clutch disc and pressure plate. Installed transmission assembly and all hardware. Test drove vehicle runs and drives ok at this time.
