    • Complete hookup & analysis on Scope or Scanner Unable to duplicate the customer's concern at this time. Vehicle is operating as designed during testing. See attached printout for all stored diagnostic trouble codes. Stored Codes: P0300 – Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected P0302 – Cylinder #2 Misfire Detected P0306 – Cylinder #6 Misfire Detected Inspected ignition system and recommend checking spark plugs and ignition coils for cylinders #2 and #6. During inspection, found multiple oil leaks: Engine oil leak present in the oil pan area; additional diagnosis required to determine the exact source. Transmission pan leaking. Valve cover gaskets leaking into the spark plug tubes. Also found timing chain rattle present on Bank 1. Front outer tie rod ends have excessive play. Recommend replacing worn suspension components and performing a wheel alignment after repairs are completed. Customer was advised of the diagnostic findings, including misfire-related concerns, multiple oil leaks, timing chain noise, and worn outer tie rod ends. Customer declined further diagnosis and recommended repairs at this time. Vehicle returned as is.

    • Checked vehicle for coolant leak. Tested cooling system and found coolant leaking from the heater control valve while the engine was running and the system was under operating pressure.
    • HEATER CONTROL VALVE – Remove & Replace
    • Remove and replace thermostat housing assembly – pressure tested after replacement of heater control valve, test indicating secondary leak coming from thermostat housing
    • WIPER ARM &/OR BLADES – Remove & Replace – Set

    • Check wiring on coolant temp sensor and oil temp found oil temp sensor wiring chewed tested water center temp wiring is good SEE MPI PRINT OUT
    • Repair coolant temp sensor wiring
    • Repair oil temp sensor wiring
    • Removed damage O2 sensor due to rodents, replaced with new and retest, all OK at this time.
