    • Checked vehicle for coolant leak. Tested cooling system and found coolant leaking from the heater control valve while the engine was running and the system was under operating pressure.
    • HEATER CONTROL VALVE – Remove & Replace
    • Remove and replace thermostat housing assembly – pressure tested after replacement of heater control valve, test indicating secondary leak coming from thermostat housing
    • WIPER ARM &/OR BLADES – Remove & Replace – Set

    • Battery appears to be shorted internally, getting hot, can see with imaging laser SEE MPI PRINT OUT
    • Check wiring on coolant temp sensor and oil temp found oil temp sensor wiring chewed tested water center temp wiring is good SEE MPI PRINT OUT
    • Repair coolant temp sensor wiring
    • Repair oil temp sensor wiring
    • Removed damage O2 sensor due to rodents, replaced with new and retest, all OK at this time.
    • Balance tires – Yes Check Valve stems – NEW Date Codes – 2023 DOT# Wheels torqued – 100ftlbs Notes – Balance good, road force is high, test drive seems OK at this time
