Removed aux battery & service plug checked wiring pin 12 to pin 5=.03ohm – spec 1ohm. Using scan tool the readiness check procedure was performed. P0a1114 & P1ccc96 reset and the judgment results of the readiness procedure came back as abnormal indicating a malfunction in the system. Checked igct relay for proper function – ok. Checked relay connections and terminals for corrosion – ok. High voltage inverter is defective. 10. Scanned for codes, no codes present. Transfer case shift motor making clicking noise, noise coming from shift motor brake being disengaged when adjustments are needed for all wheel drive. R&R Transfer case control module, vehicle appears to be operating normally. During diagnostics shift motor was running extremely hot, unsure if there is any damage to the unit at this time, may or may not need replacement soon, vehicle operating normally at this time. 10.
