    • Racked vehicle on rack, moved through suspension range – up & down – no more vibrations or noises. Rechecked all joints & mounting points, re neutralized suspension, retorqued all mounting points to 80ftlbs. Checked front suspension, loosened, neutralized and retorqued to 80ftlbs. Checked and tightened front and rear subframe bolts to 80ftlbs. Test drove vehicle in church parking lot with customer – no noises at this time, test drove same no noises. Brake pedal feels good and solid, pedal height is also good.

Diagnostics : Pulled history codes P0300 & P0301, looked at misfire live data found no current or active misfires. In misfire history cyl 1 had 158 misfires, cyl 3 had 81 misfires. Removed spark plugs for inspection, found spark plugs are original, cyl 1 & 3 coil boots had carbon tracks. Replaced all spark plugs & boots. Gapped spark plugs @ .043. After installation monitored misfire data – no misfires at this time. Test drove ok. 10. Recommend remove and replace Vent Solenoid and restest. 10.     • Removed fuel rail, removed fuel injector retainer clip, removed fuel injectors. Flow tested all injectors, found #1 and #4 injectors flowed 7% less than the other 6 injectors. Ultra Sonic cleaned all injectors, flowed all 8 again. Found all 8 injectors flow 65cc at 55% duty cycle. All injectors are now clean. Test drove vehicle, runs and drives ok at this time.
    • Removed Vent Solenoid. Installed New Vent solenoid, smoke tested EVAP system, commanded vent solenoid closed, found no leaks at this time. Test drove vehicle runs and drives ok at this time. Continued with Fuel Injectors
    • Ultrasonic clean 8 injectors – OK Install on flow bench & hook up wiring connectors – OK Flow test @ idle, 1800, 2500 & 5000 – record numbers – OK Measure & record electrical resistance – OK Fill out injector service diagnostic report -OK

Inspected with camera and found hole in top of piston. Engine will have to be rebuilt or replaced. Customer declined repairs at this time. Reinstalled spark plugs as they had come out. 10.     • Adjusted parking brake, brake now holds vehicle while in Drive.
    • Removed ABS module from vehicle and overhauled/ rebuilt unit. Reinstalled module into vehicle and made connections. Cleared codes and road tested. No ABS light, no codes present. Vehicle operates as designed.
    • With ABS module removed, rebuilt module and reinstalled into vehicle.
    • While passenger side brakes were disassembled, removed failed (excessive play) wheel bearing and replaced with new. Road tested unit, all braking functions operate as designed.
    • Brake work recommended was performed, thus brake inpection fee is waived.
