Did notice slight uneven tire wear due to ball joints starting to fail. Will also need upper steering column intermediate shaft to be replaced due to steering wheel play. Will also need another alignment after these repairs. Currently, the vehicle is driving straight, steering wheel was straightened but still has some play.

    • CALIPER – Remove & Replace – Front, One Side – [Includes: Bleed Brake System and replace Pads (if necessary).]
    • * Remove old brake fluid from the master cylinder * Clean reservoir of any debris as best as possible * Install new brake fluid * Bleed each wheel according to the factory specified sequence * Top off fluid to the proper level * Clean each bleeder screw area of fluid * Reinspect for leaks * Inspect brake pedal for the proper travel * Test drive the vehicle
    • Alignment- Reset Steering / Traction Controls Using The Code Link ALDL Interface Connector. Inlet temp is higher than outlet temp. Also upstream O2 sensor #1 is mirroring O2 sensor #2. Downstream O2 mirrored sensor #1 when propane was added to intake stream. Also checked fuel pressure. Tested back pressure at O2 sensor #1, has about 2 PSI at idle and about 8 PSI at wide open throttle. Recommend to replace Catalytic Converter Bank 1. After repairs cleared codes and test drove vehicle. No stalling and no codes returned. Mode 6 passed. All drive cycle monitors cleared / passed at this time. 10. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE BOTH VALVE COVER GASKETS. FLUID LEAKING IS TRANSMISSION FLUID. TRANSMISSION IS CRACKED AT FILL PLUG. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE TRANSMISSION DUE TO CRACK ON CASING. REMOVED AND REPLACED SPARK PLUGS, IGNITION COILS AND VALVE COVER GASKETS. TRANSMISSION WILL BE REPLACED AT A DIFFERENT SHOP. AFTER REPAIRS TEST DROVE VEHICLE. NO FAULT CODES FOUND. NO LEAKS AT ANY CYLINDER. TRANSMISSION IS STILL LEAKING FLUID. WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID LOW WARNING MESSAGE IS STILL ON. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR WITH SENSOR. 10. After re prime, a small leak was found coming from the fuel filter housing. Could hear filter sucking up air. Removed and replaced fuel filter housing, filter, and sensor. After repairs, tested for further fuel leaks or air in fuel, no leaks were found and no longer taking in air. Test drove vehicle, had no issues starting up, and vehicle did not ever shut off. Vehicle drives great and is holding prime.
