Confirm Problem: Tested for power at 7 Pin connector on Truck. Found no voltage at running light pin. Checked fuses and found bad fuse for trailer light plug. Replaced 30AMP mini fuse and lights are now working as factory designed.

Confirm Problem: Yes, front bumper was clipped back into place and front bumper lip was installed. No tabs found broken on bumper aside from a screw tab. Installed washer on screw and resecured bumper. Bumper is currently held tightly and tabs are clipped down. Installed lip and lined up with bumper as best as possible. Screwed into place with a couple extra screws. Currently everything is secured. Undercover tabs are broken in some areas and does seem to have some scraping.

Removed spark plugs to inspect, found all of them damaged and showing signs of oil consumption. Checked PCV system for correct operation – PASS. Installed vacuum gauge on dipstick and monitored vacuum at clean air tube, has approximately 1" of vacuum, plug off clean air tube and vacuum increases. Oil rings are stuck and or damaged. Engine will need to be replaced & or rebuilt. Also catalytic converter will need to be replaced. 10.
